We analyse genome sequencing data for microbial origin both at individual strain and community levels. We provide expertise on microbiological aspects including biofertilizers, bio-pesticides, microbial formulations, and detection of pathogenic and nonpathogenic microbes. The analysis report generated can be easily incorporated into scientific studies and reports relevant for industries.
